The innovation of David Murdock, this 20-acre health and longevity center is dually situated at the new Four Seasons Hotel Westlake Village and its companion property the California Wellbeing Institute, the pilot resort for what is planned to be more such properties. The 746,560 square foot, 270-room hotel and resort offer a concierge clinic providing full medical treatments as well as long-term health, screening and self improvement programs. A luxury spa and fitness center, conference center and exhibition kitchen are also within the complex.

Veneklasen Associates provided acoustical and audio-visual system design throughout. The Audio-Visual requirements were particularly comprehensive with seven fully equipped meeting rooms; a Boardroom video conference system that features remote site collaboration capacity and a dual screen setup to view the far and near at the same time; a grand ballroom divisible into five spaces; and a state-of-the-art luxury spa with four background music channels in each treatment room, in addition to IPOD or other MP3 device capacity.

A television production facility on-site is for the development and distribution of health and wellbeing programming, as well as for guests in their conference needs.
