Located on the site of the first movie studio in Hollywood – the Lasky DeMille Barn – Selma & Vine consists of 12 levels of mixed use development including street level retail and a Whole Foods grocery store, six levels of residential apartments, subsurface and above grade parking, and a separate building dedicated to commercial and retail uses.

Also located on the site is the Taft Building, Hollywood's first high rise building and original home of the Academy of Motion Pictures Arts and Sciences, will remain intact.

Veneklasen Associates is providing acoustical consultation for the entire development.
