The Remington Private Estates – Wilshire Corridor

A 93-unit, high-rise condominium tower located along the Wilshire Corridor, bounded by Beverly Hills, Bel Air, Holmby Hills and Brentwood. Each unit has its own private foyer, high ceilings, granite, and hardwood details. The facade is comprised of stone and glass. Awarded the Gold Nugget Award of Merit which honors architectural design and land use planning, the property also offers a catering kitchen, fitness center, library, English garden, and sundeck with a heated lap pool.

Veneklasen Associates provided comprehensive acoustical consultation and design services, including exterior noise recommendations to mitigate traffic noise from the freeway-like Wilshire Boulevard.
