Completion: 2010
Cost: $1 billion

Park Fifth, a 732-unit condominium and hotel development, is slated to be both the tallest residential building west of Chicago and the first luxury residential high-rise to be built in Downtown Los Angeles. Located at corner of Fifth and Olive Streets, the complex consists of a 76-story tower and a 43-story tower, connected by a 15-story bridge that is part residential and part 5-Star hotel. The Development also incorporates two mid-rise buildings that wrap around - and are designed to complement -the existing Title Guarantee Building, a 12-story art deco office tower constructed in 1930. Condominium units in the 43-story tower will be identified with the hotel brand.

Units will be priced between $400,000 and $3 million, including several two-story, 3,000 SF residences. Amenities include a hotel health spa as well as two rooftop pools, fitness rooms, and a 20-seat theater/viewing room in each tower.
