Cost: $183 million
A new 196,000 SF high school on 15 acres, centered around four small learning communities with general, science, flexible classrooms. Each community features its own Counselors’ office and Conference Room as well as administrative offices and teachers’ collaboration room. The campus community shares a performing arts building with various music and practice rooms, two gymnasiums including one that is 10,000 SF with collapsing bleachers, a library/media center, student dining complex including faculty dining and kitchen, central administration and a 5,000 SF multipurpose room.
Veneklasen Associates is providing acoustical design for the complete campus and audio-visual system design services for the multi-purpose room and gymnasium, as well as an exterior noise assessment.
