VA Scope: Acoustics

Although a new building, Artisan Lofts on Central is designed to feel more like a renovated warehouse, with units that feature open floor plans and exposed ductwork and beams. The condominiums represent more than a dozen different floor plans that can be customized with the addition of walls between rooms, changing room uses and the replacement of balcony railings with walls.

The development was awarded Best in American Living Award (BALA) by the National Association of Home Builders in 2005.
